Shipping and Delivery

UK Orders: We dispatch all orders via EVRI or Royal Mail 2nd class, aiming for next working day shipment. Typically, delivery takes 2-3 working days, though it may extend during peak periods.

International Orders: We offer overseas shipping through EVRI or Royal Mail International Tracked. Although standard delivery is usually within 7 working days, please be aware that customs procedures may introduce delays. We cannot be responsible for such delays, but you will receive a tracking number for your convenience.

Shipping Charges & Customs: Please note that shipping overseas can be costly. As the customer, you are also responsible for all customs, import, or handling fees incurred for international shipments.

Product Information

Handmade Items: Our products are handcrafted in Stoke-on-Trent, renowned for its pottery. Each mould may show external imperfections or text; however, the interior quality ensures the creation of perfect items repeatedly.

Stock Levels: Availability may vary, as our products are listed across multiple platforms. In cases of low stock, we may need to backorder your mould.

Ordering and Customisation

Custom Orders: For bespoke items, please contact us via email or social media. Note that customisation can be costly and time-consuming due to its unique nature.

Order Collection: Local customers near Stoke-on-Trent can opt for collection at checkout. Please email us to arrange pickup from our Burslem warehouse. Contact us prior if you need the item on the same day.

Trade and Bulk Orders

We accept large orders, including bespoke moulds. Please be mindful of lead times and manufacturing processes. A deposit is required to initiate production. Contact us via email for trade prices and specifications.
