With over 30 years of experience, my career has been a fascinating potter’s wheel of growth and learning. I started as a slip maker, immersing myself in the traditional art of preparing liquid clay. From there, I shaped my path into becoming a skilled slip caster. Teapots, mugs, cups, bowls, dishes – you name it, I’ve lovingly crafted it. My hands have danced with clay, creating pieces that blend functionality with art.
However, life, much like clay, moulds us in unexpected ways. After a significant career shift, I found myself yearning to continue slip casting, but this time, from the comfort of my home. My search for quality slip casting moulds led me to an intriguing discovery – there was a gap in the market. It was then that a lightbulb moment sparked the inception of our business.
